As an professional manufacturer with our own design and R&D team, we can provide excellent service in OEM and ODM.

In OEM service,  we can customize our concurrent products according to distributors' requirement, including specification, out-case, clients' logo and software menus, based on our current products with existing standard. We also accept order from customers who provide their own design and provides full assembled machines or components to customers, to help them re-assemble in their local areas.

In ODM service, we design product from scratch, based on concept provided by customers, deliverying different plans according to budget of customers. The copyright and patents are still held by customers, and products are implemented by Kapha Tech (or their own workshops in their countries).

After-sale service can also make you satisfied. Before you receive the machine, we will provide detailed product brochure and lots of videos to help you know how to introduce it, how to use it, and how to maintain it. If you got some problems during the operation, we can give you technical support online by words or video. In addition, the warranty of the machine is 1 year and the accessories is 6 months. We can send you necessary parts for free if the machine is still under the warranty.
